Workshop Dec 27-28-1

Get ready to explore the easiest paths craved by the experts to take you through industry driven Omics Logic training & research. In this workshop , which is designed for students and beginners in bioinformatics, we will learn about the Big Data in Biology using learn OmicsLogic and practice hands-on data analysis on the user-friendly and logical data analysis interface using the T-Bioinfo Platform.

What is Omics Logic?

A Growing Community of Students, Experts and Mentors

Our community leverages publicly available data, online tools for big data analysis and a network of mentors to help students learn bioinformatics, apply their skills to meaningful research projects and work with mentors on turning their projects into publications or research posters. The programs we offer provide training, access to high quality tutorials and tools anyone can learn to use independently. The program is offered at university, high school or community college levels as well as directly to citizen scientists around the world.

The Omics Logic Advantage

Self-Paced Learning

Study at your own pace online completing modules designed for graduate and undergraduate levels

Project-based Curriculum

Don't just learn about bioinformatics, learn while working on research projects with real data

Hands on with Big Data

Go from practice to research in a matter of days by leveraging the cloud-based analytical platform

Expert Mentors

When you start learning, you are not on your own. The programs are supported by an expert team

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

This OmicsLogic workshop is designed for anyone interested, including beginners that do not have a background in bioinformatics. Basic Biology understanding and biochemistry and biotechnology background are preferable. The students who are completing both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and diplomas in the basic medical sciences, and specializations such as Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Biological sciences, Medical laboratory science, Environmental Health science, and other related Health Sciences, Molecular biology and Genomics, and Agricultural science.

The Omics Logic workshop is a great fit for faculty who can translate knowledge and skills gained into their teaching and research. Upon the completion of this two-days workshop the participants will be able to freely access the OmicsLogic platforms for 1-month to learn about various courses and projects relevant to industry and research.
